Precision Nutrition and Citizen Empowerment
The technological revolution is profoundly changing how we manage personal health. Tools like artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and wearable devices now allow us to monitor key parameters such as calorie intake, nutrient quality, blood glucose levels, and even environmental factors like air quality. This data enables the creation of a personalized lifestyle, tailored to the metabolic, genetic, and cultural profile of each individual. This is the essence of precision nutrition: a modern, inclusive approach that puts individuals at the center and acknowledges the complexity of health.

Thanks to technology, it is now possible to enhance this process, making people more aware and capable of making informed lifestyle choices.
